ELH, ENSMB: two very different dance events Saturday (5/8)

Saturday, May 8, ELH and ENSMB will be performing ... in different states. I'll only be at the ELH contra dance, but the ENSMB show will also be awesome -- check out at least one of these if you can!

Contra Dance, Worcester MA, 8pm-11pm :
ELH plays for the Worcester Contra Dance, at the Wesley Methodist Church (114 Main Street, Worcester MA). Chris Weiler is calling, and beginners' lessons start at 7:30.

Speakeasy Circus and Swing Dance, Providence RI, 8:30pm-LATE:
The Speakeasy Circus will feature ENSMB playing hot swing-dance versions of their usual tunes, burlesque (and a tassel twirl-off!), clowns with naughty balloon animals, and circus artists from the Grasshopper Collective. ENSMB will be playing two sets -- one around 10:30, the other around midnight. Come and swing the night away -- there WILL be a mob of swing dancers (and perhaps some swing dangers too) waiting to embrace you!
